POMS is a comedy about a group of retirees who form a cheerleading squad. As Martha (Diane Keaton) begins to make friends in her new retirement community, her new bestie, Sheryl (Jacki Weaver), encourages her to achieve a long-lost dream of becoming a cheerleader. Together, they start a senior cheer club, recruit a group of other senior women, and set their sights on entering a competition. But when the only other seniors in the competition are high schoolseniors, the retirees realize they're going to have to give it their all. Expect plenty of sexual references and racy jokes, as well as some swearing and serious discussions about death and illness, but overall this looks like it will be an uplifting comedy.

Returning by popular demand .... Born into a family of surfers in Kauai, Bethany Hamilton began surfing competitively at eight years old. In 2003, at age 13, she was out surfing when she was attacked by a 15-foot tiger shark, a run-in that cost her her left arm. But not only did she survive the attack—she was back on the competitive circuit just a year later. More than a decade later, Hamilton undertakes the greatest challenges of her life.

Unstoppable takes the viewer on an incredible journey as a girl becomes a woman and a resilient athlete rises to the top her game against all odds, becoming one of the leading professional surfers in the world. From chasing her toddler, to chasing the biggest waves, Bethany is continuously rewriting the rules by living an Unstoppable life, and brings new meaning to the phrase “surfs like a girl.”

Filmmaker Aaron Lieber weaves intimate observational footage of Hamilton and her family, archival footage of the surfer as a young woman, and gorgeous ocean wave panoramas into a heroic tale of bravery, perseverance, athleticism, and hope.
